Learn to perform three-sided machining on a ring that swings to both sides of the z zero boundary! The example shown is a fitted wedding band that swings to both sided of the center X line in the rotary view. This means that in the Three-Axis Shank view some parts of the ring will be entirely under the Z zero plane. The multi-sided machining wizard has an issue with this. GSCC demonstrates an easy technique to correct this problem. |
